제10조 입찰가격의 기재

Article 10 Bid Price Quotation

"입찰가격"은 물품의 가격, 서비스비용 기타 인도조건에 따른 관련 모든 비용을 모두 합한 금액을 의미한다.

The term "bid price" shall mean the sum of the price for the Goods, Service charge and all other costs related to each Delivery Term.

국외에서 공급되는 물품 및 서비스(이하 "국외공급분")의 경우, 입찰가격은 별표 제1호에 의한 인도조건에 따라 표시되어야 한다. 물품의 단가와 총 금액, 서비스비용, 국외 운송료와 보험료, 하역료, 물자조작료, 보관료, 내륙운송비, 관세와 부가가치세는 각 세목별로 견적되어야 한다. 국외공급분의 입찰가격은 해당 물품과 서비스가 생산 또는 공급되는 국가의 통화나 미국 통화로 견적되어야 한다. 다만 입찰공고서에서 달리 정하고 있는 경우와 본체 외 부속장비의 가격은 대한민국 통화로 견적할 수 있다.

For Goods and services supplied from overseas (the "overseas supplied Goods"), the bid price shall be quoted in accordance with Delivery Terms set forth in Schedule 1 attached hereto. Quotations for unit price and total price for the relevant Goods, Service charge, overseas freight and insurance, discharging cost, handling charge, storage fee, inland transportation charge, customs duties and value added tax ("VAT"), shall be provided on an itemized basis. The bid price for the overseas supplied Goods shall be quoted in the currency of country from which the Goods and services are supplied or manufactured, or in US Dollars; provided that the bidding announcement specifically states or auxiliary equipments other than the main body are quoted, Korean currency can be used.

전체적으로 또는 부분적으로 한국 내에서 생산되어 공급되는 물품과 서비스(이하 "국내공급분")의 경우, 입찰가격은 DTE조건(수요기관 지정장소 인도조건)으로 견적되어야 한다. 그 입찰가격에는 이미 지불되었거나 지불될 내륙운송비, 보험료, 수입제세, 부가가치세 등 모든 비용이 포함되어야 한다. 국내공급분의 가격은 대한민국 통화로 견적되어야 한다.

For Goods and services manufactured and supplied, in whole or in part, in Korea (the "domestically supplied Goods"), the bid price shall be quoted on DTE Terms (Delivered to End User). Such bid price shall include all costs, including, inland transportation charge paid or payable, insurance, import taxes and VAT. The price for the domestically supplied Goods shall be quoted in Korean Won.

입찰설명서에서 달리 명기할 것을 요구한 경우를 제외하고, 물품 단위 별 검정료 및 운송에 적합한 포장비는 물품가격에 포함되어야 한다.

Unless the Bid Invitation provides otherwise, inspection fee and packaging charge per Good shall be deemed to be included in the price quoted for the Goods.

입찰설명서에서 달리 명기할 것을 요구한 경우를 제외하고, 기본부품의 가격은 FOB 또는 FCA 가격에 포함되어야 한다. 입찰자는 물품가격에 포함된 기본부품의 목록을 입찰서류의 일부로 제출하여야 하며, 기본부품이 목록에서 누락되거나 기본부품의 가격이 물품가격에 포함되지 않은 경우 입찰자는 물품가격 내에서 이들을 공급하여야 한다.

Unless the Bid Invitation requires specification, the price for basic parts shall be included in the FOB or FCA price. Together with the Bid Documents, the Bidder shall submit the list of basic parts of which prices are included in the price for the Goods. If any basic part is omitted from the list of basic parts or the price of any basic part is not included in the price for the Goods, the Bidder shall supply such basic part within the price for the Goods.

입찰설명서에서 구매하기로 한 예비부품의 가격은 FOB 또는 FCA 가격에 포함되어야 한다.

The price for the spare parts specified in the Bid Invitation as being parts to be purchased shall be included in the FOB or FCA price.

입찰물품의 사용과 관련하여 제조자가 그 판단에 따라 일정기간 필요하다고 추천하는 예비부품(이하 "추천예비부품")은 아래 기재 서식에 따라 세부 품목별로 분리 견적되어야 한다. 추천예비부품의 가격은 물품가격에는 포함되지 않는다.

Price quotation for the spare parts which are determined to be necessary by the manufacturer for a certain period of time with respect to the use of the Goods (the "recommended spare parts"), shall be quoted separately for each item in the form provided below. The price for the recommended spare parts shall not be included in the price for the Goods.

입찰설명서에서 달리 명기할 것을 요구한 경우를 제외하고, 다음 각 목의 비용은 분리 견적되어야 한다.

a. 설치와 시험운행에 드는 비용 (설치비)

b. 교육비

c. 하자보증 비용

d. 그 외의 다른 비용

입찰자가 가격입찰서에 달리 명시한 경우를 제외하고, 설치, 시험운행, 사용 관련 교육 및 하자보증 등은 물품가격에 포함되어 있는 것으로 간주된다.

Unless the Bid Invitation provides to specify otherwise, the price for each of the items shall be quoted separately on an itemized basis:

a. installation and test operation charge (the "installation charge");

b. training charge;

c. warranty charge; and

d. other charges.

Unless the Bidder expressly stated otherwise in its price bid, installation charge, test operation, operation training, warranty, etc. shall be deemed to be included in the price for the Goods.

사후관리(A/S) 비용은 입찰가격에 포함되지 않는다.

After sales service charge shall not be included in the bid price.

본 조의 기준에 따라 작성되지 아니한 입찰서류를 제출함으로써 발생하는 책임과 불이익은 입찰자가 부담한다.

The Bidder shall be liable for any losses arising from its submission of any Bid Documents that do not satisfy any of the requirements set forth in this Article.
