제11조 입찰부속서류

Article 11 Supplementary Bid Documents

a. 공고번호

b. 공급자명, 주소, 전화번호

c. 공급자는 (i) 계약일반조건상의 각 조건을 포함한 입찰설명서 및 (ii) 입찰서류의 내용을 모두 숙지하고 있고, 전술한 (i) 및 (ii)의 내용에 구속되어 입찰자와 연대하여 계약을 이행할 책임과 의무를 진다는 문구

d. 법적으로 대표할 수 있는 권한 있는 대표자의 성명

공급자증명서는 공급자를 법적으로 대표할 수 있는 권한 있는 대표자에 의해 서명 또는 기명날인되어야 한다.

a. Bid Announcement number;

b. The Supplier’s name, address, and phone number;

c. A statement that the Supplier fully understands (i) the Bid Invitation, including the terms and conditions set forth in the GP, and (ii) the Bid Documents, and that the Supplier shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the aforementioned (i) and (ii) and be jointly responsible with the Bidder for the performance of the contract; and

d. Name of a representative duly authorized to represent the Supplier.

The Supplier’s Certificate shall be either (x) signed or (y) name printed with seal affixed next to it by a representative duly authorized to represent the Supplier.

c. (i) 가격, 인도 일정 및 규격의 측면에서 제조자의 물품에 대한 제품보증(warranty) 내용은 간행물, 카탈로그 및/또는 도면에 의해 분명하고 상세히 설명되어 있다는 점, (ii) 제품보증(warranty)의 내용은 모두 공급자를 통하여 수요기관에 이전되어 수요기관이 직접 제품보증(warranty) 혜택을 모두 누릴 수 있다는 점을 제조자가 확인하는 문구

d. 제조자를 법적으로 대표할 수 있는 권한 있는 대표자의 성명

제조자증명서는 제조자를 법적으로 대표할 수 있는 권한 있는 대표자에 의해 서명 또는 기명날인되어야 한다.

a. Bid Announcement number;

b. Manufacturer’s name, address, and phone number;

c. A statement that the (i) information on Manufacturer’s warranty of the Goods with respect to price, delivery schedule, and specifications of the Goods are described in full detail by publication, catalogue and/or drawing, and that (ii) the Manufacturer certifies that such warranty shall be transferred to the End User through the Supplier or Suppliers, as applicable, so that the End User may directly enjoy the benefits arising from such warranty; and

d. Name of a representative duly authorized to represent the Manufacturer.

The Manufacturer’s Certificate shall be either (x) signed or (y) name printed with seal affixed next to it by a representative duly authorized to represent the Manufacturer.

a. 제조자와 공급자 간의 판매대리점 계약서 사본: 수요기관이 공급자를 통하여 제조자의 제품보증(warranty)을 제공 받음을 명시적으로 규정하고 있을 것

b. 공급자 증명서: 공급자는 제조자의 권한 있는 대리점으로서 간행물, 카탈로그 및 도면 형식의 설명 자료에 의해 물품의 규격을 보증한다는 내용일 것

a. a copy of the distribution agreement by and between the Manufacturer and the Supplier, which agreement shall specifically provide that the End User is covered by the warranty of the Manufacturer through the Supplier; and

b. a certificate from the Supplier, which shall certify that being an authorized distributor of the Manufacturer, the Supplier guarantees that the specifications of the Goods conform to those provided in the descriptive materials of the Goods, such as its brochure, catalogue and/or drawings.

입찰설명서에서 물품 또는 서비스가 입찰설명서의 요구사항에 부합하다는 증빙서류를 입찰부속서류로 제출할 것을 요구하는 경우 아래 각 목의 모든 서류를 제출하여야 한다.

a. 품목에 대한 카탈로그나 간행물 형태로 된 제조자가 작성한 규격설명(예: technical sheet) 그리고/또는 성능내역 자료

b. 해당되는 경우, 제조자가 작성한 도면

증빙서류에는 모델 번호, 카탈로그 번호, 물품 및 장비의 각 주요 구성품의 제조자명이 명시되어야 한다. 이들 증빙서류는 낙찰자로 선정되었을 때 계약의 주요 내용이 되며, 계약에 의해 공급되는 계약물품은 증빙서류에 기재된 내역과 일치하여야 한다.

If the Bid Invitation requires submission of evidentiary documents to show that the Goods and services satisfy the requirements of the Bid Invitation as part of the Supplementary Bid Documents, all of the following documents must be submitted:

a. information on technical description of the Goods prepared by the manufacturer in the form of a catalogue or periodicals (e.g., technical sheet) and/or technical data on performance; and

b. drawings prepared by the manufacturer, if applicable.

The supporting documents shall clearly specify the model number, catalogue number and the name of the manufacturer for each major component of the Goods and the equipment. These supporting documents shall constitute an important part of the contract once the contract is awarded, and the contracted Goods to be supplied pursuant to the contract shall conform to all specifications set forth in the supporting documents.

입찰설명서에서 제출을 요구하는 경우, 입찰자는 하자보증기간 경과 후에 이행할 사후관리(A/S)계획서를 별지 제5호 서식을 참고하여 작성ㆍ제출하여야 한다.

In the case where submission is stated in the Bid Invitation, the Bidder shall prepare and submit an after sales service plan after the Warranty Period in the form set out in Appendix 5.

입찰설명서에서 제출을 요구하는 경우, 입찰자는 시험성적서, 형식승인서, 실적증명서, ISO증명서와 같은 서류들을 제출하여야 한다.

In the case where submission is stated in the Bid Invitation, the Bidder shall submit documents such as inspection reports, type approvals, certificates of past contract performance and the ISO certificate.
