제20조 기술규격 평가
Article 20 Evaluation of Technical Specifications
①입찰서류 검토 결과 입찰설명서에 부합하는 입찰서류에 한하여 기술규격평가를 실시한다. 기술규격평가는 입찰설명서 또는 입찰서 평가 관련 규정에 따른다.
①Technical evaluation shall be conducted only in respect of Bid Documents that are compliant with the Bid Invitation. Technical evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with the Bid Invitation or regulations relating to evaluation of the bid.
②기술규격에 대한 객관적인 검토를 위한 증빙자료(카탈로그 등)가 부족한 경우, 조달청 또는 수요기관은 그 판단에 따라 해당 입찰서류를 평가에서 제외할 수 있다.
②In the event that the Bid Documents failed to include sufficient supporting documents (i.e., catalogues) for an objective review on technical specifications, PPS or the End User may exclude such Bid Documents from its evaluation.
