제29조 선적서류 제출
Article 29 Submission of Shipping Documents
①공급자는 계약물품의 선적이 완료된 경우 아래 각 호의 서류를 조달청이 지정한 은행이나 수요기관으로 송부하여야 한다.
①Upon completion of shipment of the contracted Goods, the Supplier shall send each of the following documents to the bank designated by PPS or the End User:
1.항공 또는 무하자 본선적재 해상 선적서류 원본 - 선하증권 또는 항공화물운송장
1.an original copy of the clean and on-board bill of lading or air waybill;
2.송장(물품 명세, 수량, 단가 및 총액 표시)
2.invoice (with description of Goods, number of Goods, unit price and total price);
3.각각의 포장된 내용물을 확인할 수 있는 포장명세서
3.packing list identifying the contents of individual packages;
4.지정된 검정기관이 발행하거나 제작자의 공장에서 검정한 검정증명서
4.certificate of inspection that (i) the designated inspection agency has issued or that (ii) certifies that an inspection has been conducted at the Manufacturer's factory;
5.보험부보 인도조건인 경우에는 적하보험증권이나 증서
5.cargo insurance policy if the Delivery Term includes insurance; and
6.원산지 증명서 등 기타 요구되는 서류
6.other required documents, such as certificate of country of origin, etc.
②선적서류상 물품의 수화인은 조달청으로 한다.
②The consignee of any goods on the shipping documents shall be PPS.
