제30조 선적항 선택
Article 30 Selection of Loading Port
①미국에서 선적하는 항공운송의 경우 선적항은 로스앤젤레스(LAX), 샌프란시스코(SFO), 시카고(CHI), 댈러스(DFW), 애틀랜타(ATL) 또는 뉴욕(JFK) 공항 중에서 입찰자가 선택하는 공항으로 한다.
①For air transport from the U.S., the loading port shall be the airport selected by the Bidder from among the airports in Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), Chicago (CHI), Dallas (DFW), Atlanta (ATL) and New York (JFK).
②미국 외 다른 국가에서 선적하는 경우, 입찰자는 당해 국가 내에서 잘 알려진 국제공항 중에서 선적항을 선택하여야 한다.
②If the Goods are shipped from a country other than the U.S., the Bidder shall select a well-known international airport in the relevant country as the loading port.
③운송료를 계약상대자가 부담하는 경우에는 제1항 및 제2항의 제한을 받지 않는다.
③If the Contracting Party is responsible for the transportation costs, the restrictions in clauses
