제32조 수입승인 불허물품의 처리

Article 32 Measures for Goods Disapproved for Importation

입찰서류 검토과정에서 한국 내 수입승인서를 취득할 수 없음이 확인되거나 계약 체결 이후 수입승인서 취득이 불가능한 것으로 확인될 경우, 조달청은 입찰서류의 검토 및 평가에서 해당 품목을 배제하거나 계약을 해제할 수 있다.

If it is confirmed during the review of the Bid Documents or after the execution of the contract that an import license cannot be obtained for part or all of the contracted Goods or Goods to be contracted for, PPS may either exclude the relevant Goods from the review and evaluation of the Bid Documents or cancel the contract.
