제35조 부정당업자의 입찰참가자격 제한
Article 35 Restrictions of Eligibility to Bid Participation Against Unlawful Firms
계약상대자, 입찰자 또는 낙찰자 등이 국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령 제76조 또는 지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령 제92조에 해당하는 경우에는 1월이상 2년이하의 범위내에서 입찰참가자격 제한조치를 받게 된다.
If the Contracting Party, the Bidder, or any of their respective bidding agents falls under Article 76 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Contracts to which the State is a Party or Article 92 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Contracts to which a Local Government is a Party(collectively, the "Unlawful Firms"),the Unlawful Firms shall be subject to the restrictions on participation of the bidding within the period of at least one (1) month and no more than two (2) years.
