제37조 소송관할법원 및 준거법
Article 37 A Court of Jurisdiction of the Litigation and Governing Law
①입찰설명서에서 달리 정한 경우를 제외하고, 입찰 및 계약과 관련하여 발생하는 소송은 법이 정하는 관할법원, 서울중앙지방법원, 조달청 본청 소재지 관할법원 중 조달청이 선정하는 법원이 관할권을 가진다
①Unless otherwise stated in the Bid Invitation, litigation arising in connection with the bidding or contracts shall be governed by one that PPS select among a court of jurisdiction set forth by the relevant act, the Seoul Central District Court, or the court of jurisdiction over where PPS headquarters are situated.
②입찰 및 그에 따른 계약의 준거법은 대한민국법(그 하위 규정 포함)으로 한다.
②The bidding and subsequent contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. (including the subordinate regulations)
