제4조 기간 계산
Article 4 Date Calculation
①기간이 일수로 명시된 경우에는 토요일, 일요일과 공휴일을 포함하여 계산한다. 다만, 기간만료일이 영업일이 아닌 경우 해당 기간은 기간만료일의 다음 영업일까지로 연장된다.
①Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays shall be included when a period is specified as number of days; provided that, if the last day of any period falls on a day that is not a Business Day, the relevant period shall be extended to the Business Day following the last day of such period.
②"일"은 달력의 일을 의미하며, 시간은 대한민국 표준시를 기준으로 한다.
②The term "day" means any calendar day, and any time specified herein means Korea Standard Time (KST).
