Article 5 Bid Invitation
①입찰설명서는 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함한다.
1.입찰공고문(한글)
2.입찰요약서(영문)
3.기술규격서 (제안요청서, 시방서, 도면 등이 있는 경우 이를 포함)
4.외자 입찰유의서
5.계약일반조건
6.국가종합전자조달시스템 전자입찰특별유의서
7.국가종합전자조달시스템 입찰참가자격등록규정
8.입찰서류 서식 및 입찰서류 작성방법
①Bid Invitation shall include the following:
1.Bidding Announcement (Korean);
2.Bid Summary (English);
3.Technical Specifications (including Request for Proposal, specifications, or drawings, if applicable);
4.ITB;
5.GP;
6.Special Instructions for Electronic Bidding on KONEPS;
7.Bidder Registration Rules for KONEPS; and
8.Forms for the Bid Documents and Instructions for Preparation of Bid Documents.
②입찰요약서는 참고용이며, 입찰공고문이 우선한다.
②The summary of bidding is for reference purposes only, and the bidding announcement shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
③조달청은 입찰서류 접수마감일까지 입찰공고문의 내용을 변경할 수 있다. 주요한 내용이 변경되는 경우에는 변경공고문에서 정하는 바에 따라 입찰서류 제출마감일이 연장될 수 있다.
③PPS may modify the contents of the bidding announcement until the last day for the submission of the Bid Documents. In the event of any modification of any of the material terms, the due date for submission of the Bid Documents may be extended as prescribed by the Bidding Amending Announcement.
