제8조 입찰서류의 준비 및 구성

Article 8 Preparation and Composition of Bid Documents

①입찰자는 다음과 같이 구성된 입찰서류를 준비하여야 한다.

1.전자입찰의 경우

a. 가격입찰서 - 별지 제2호 외자구매입찰서(전산서식)

b. 입찰부속서류

2.직접 또는 우편 입찰의 경우

a. 가격입찰서 - 별지 제2-1호 외자구매입찰서, 별지 제2-2호 견적서, 별지 제2-3호 물품명세서

b. 입찰부속서류

①The Bid Documents to be prepared by the Bidder shall consist of the following items:

1.For electronic bidding:

a. Price Bid - Bid Application (Electronic Form) (Appendix 2); and

b. Supplementary Bid Documents

2.For submission of the bid in person or by mail:

a. Price Bid - Bid Application (Appendix 2-1); Price Quotation (Appendix 2-2); Goods Description (Appendix 2-3); and

b. Supplementary Bid Documents

②입찰부속서류는 다음 각 호의 서류로 구성된다.

1.공급자증명서 (별지 제3호)

2.제조자증명서 (별지 제4호)

3.세부견적서

4.규격입찰서(제안서)

5.규격입찰서(제안서)에 관한 증빙서류

6.사후관리(A/S)계획서 (별지 제5호)

7.상기 외 입찰설명서에서 요구하는 서류

②Supplementary Bid Documents shall consist of each of the following:

1.the Supplier’s Certificate (Appendix 3);

2.the Manufacturer’s Certificate (Appendix 4);

3.A detailed quotation;

4.Specifications Bid(Proposal);

5.Supporting documents for Specifications Bid(Proposal);

6.After Sales Service Plan (Appendix 5); and

7.Other documents required under the Bid Invitation.
