이 법령의 취지

이 요령은 「식물방역법」 제10조제2항제2호, 같은 법 시행령 제6조제2항제7호 및 같은 법 시행규칙 제12조제2항에 따라 호주(서호주주 제외)에서 상업적으로 생산된 양벚 생과실을 한국으로 수출하는데 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

수입 양벚 화물은 다음 각 호의 사항이 부기된 호주 식물검역당국이 발행한 식물검역증명서가 첨부되어야한다.1. 수출 과수원 및 수출 선과장 등록번호, 다만, 선박화물인 경우에는 컨테이너번호 및 봉인번호 추가2. "이 화물은 검역본부와 합의된 요건에 부합하고 검역결과 Stigmina carpophila, Cydia pomonella(코드린나방), Epiphyas postvittana 및 E. xylodes에 감염되지 않은 것이 확인되었음(This consignment complies with the requirements agreed by the APQA and inspected and found to be free of Stigmina carpophila, Cydia pomonella, Epiphyas postvittana and E. xylodes)" 또는,3. "이 화물은 검역본부와 합의된 요건에 부합하고 검역결과 Stigmina carpophila, Cydia pomonella(코드린나방), Epiphyas postvittana 및 E. xylodes에 감염되지 않은 것이 확인되었으며 메틸브로마이드 훈증소독 되었음(This consignment complies with the requirements agreed by the APQA and inspected and found to be free of Stigmina carpophila, Cydia pomonella, Epiphyas postvittana and E. xylodes and fumigated by methyl bromide.)" 및 훈증 소독처리사항(소독처리일자, 훈증제, 투약량, 처리온도 및 처리시간)
