Article 11(DRAWINGS AND MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS)
①계약서상 도면의 승인이 필요한 경우, 계약상대자는 수요기관이 요구하는 적정 허용 기간내에 다음 각호의 해당서류를 영문으로 작성하고 각각의 서류마다 계약번호 및 기타 관련번호를 표기하여 항공우편으로 수요기관에 송부하여야 한다.
①In the case where a contract requires approval of the drawings, within reasonable allowance of time required by the End User, the Contracting Party shall forward by air mail to the End User such documents prepared in English as required below with the relevant contract number and other reference numbers on each copy, if applicable; 1. 일반배치도 2. 최고중량 부분품의 중량과 치수를 표기한 설치도면 3. 전기회로도와 전기 규격 목록 4. 조립 및 부분 조립도 5. 윤활 계통도 6. 물품의 조립, 설치, 작동 및 유지, 보수에 관한 설명서 7. 검증시험 보고서 8. 성능시험 도표 9. 계약에 포함된 부속품 목록 1. General arrangement drawings. 2. Installation drawings showing weight and dimension of the heaviest part/s. 3. Electric wiring circuit diagrams and list of electrical specifications. 4. Assembly and sub-assembly drawings. 5. Lubrication system circuit diagrams. 6. Instructions for assembly, installation, operation, and maintenance of the Goods. 7. Certified test reports. 8. Performance curves. 9. List of spare parts included in the contract.
②수요기관의 승인을 받은 제1항 각 호의 서류들은 각각 2부씩 묶어 방수용지에 싸서 선적할 각각의 물품과 함께 포장되어야 하며. 그 목록을 관련 포장명세서에 기재하여야 한다.
②Documents, as mentioned in Paragraph 1 and respective sub-Paragraphs, shall be tied in two copies each, wrapped in waterproof package sheets, and attached to the shipments. The packing list shall contain the list.
