외자계약일반조건(General Provisions for Foreign Contract) 제12조 (제작도면의 승인)

Article 12(APPROVAL OF MANUFACTURING DRAWINGS)　 계약서상 제작자 도면의 승인을 요구한 경우, 계약상대자는 계약서에서 지정한 기한 내에 수요기관의 승인을 받기 위해 세부 제작도면을 제출하여야 한다. 제작도면의 내용이 계약규격과 일치하지 아니할 때에는 제작도면 제출 전에 계약규격 변경을 요청하여 수요기관의 사전 승인을 받아야 한다.　 In the case where a contract requires approval of the drawings prior to manufacture, the Contracting Party shall submit the detailed manufacturing drawings to the End User for approval within the period designated in the contract.　 When the contents of the manufacturing drawings are not in conformance with the contract specifications, request for amendment for the contract specifications shall be submitted to the End User for approval prior to the submission of manufacturing drawings.
