Article 9(VARIATION IN QUANTITY) 계약에 명시한 경우 또는 적재, 선적 또는 포장의 조건이나 제작공정상의 허용범위에 의한 경우가 아닌 한 계약상대자가 요구한 품목의 수량 변경은 허용되지 않는다. No variation in the quantity of any item called for by the Contracting Party will be accepted unless such variation results from conditions of loading, shipping or packing, or allowance in manufacturing processes, and then only to the extent as specified in the contract.
