Article 26(SHIPPING ADVICE)
①선적통보는 계약번호, 선적항, 도착항, 선적되는 물품의 간략한 명세, 선박명, 출발예정일, 도착예정일, 송장금액, 그리고 공급자가 보험을 가입하는 경우 한국내 보험관련 구상해결 대리점 등의 정보를 포함하여 선하증권상의 실선적일 전에 조달청으로 팩스 또는 공식문서 등으로 전송 또는 통지 되어야 한다.
①Shipping advice shall be cabled or advised by facsimile or by any other formal letter to PPS prior to the onboard date of the Bill of Lading, containing such information as the contract number, loading port, discharging port, brief description of the Goods shipped, name of vessel, ETD(estimated time of departure), ETA(estimated time of arrival), the invoice amount of shipment, and the name of claim settling agent in Korea, if insured.
②항공 운송의 경우: 선적통보는 계약번호, 출발공항, 도착공항, 운송사, 비행편명, 선적되는 물품의 간략한 명세, 출발예정일, 도착예정일, 송장금액, 그리고 공급자가 보험을 가입하는 경우 한국내 보험관련 구상해결 대리점 등의 정보를 포함하여 출발 이전에 조달청으로 팩스 또는 공식문서 등으로 전송 또는 통지 되어야 한다.
②In case of air freight; Shipping advice shall be cabled or advised by facsimile or by any other formal letter to PPS before departing, containing such information as the contract number, airport of departure, airport of destination, carrier, name of flight, brief description of the Goods shipped, ETD, ETA, the invoice amount of shipment, and the name of claim settling agent in Korea, if insured.
