Article 15(PACKING AND IDENTIFICATION)
①계약서류에 별도로 명시되어 있지 않은 경우, 모든 공급물품은 계약번호와 수요기관별로 나누어 수출 표준포장 방법으로 포장하여야 한다. 그러한 포장은 난폭한 취급, 해풍, 야적 및 염분에의 노출과 기타 해외수송에 따르는 위험을 고려하여 목적지까지 안전하게 도착할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 포장물에는 선적할 전체 포장물 수량과 각 포장물의 일련번호를 순서대로 명확하게 기재하여야 한다.
①Except where otherwise specified in contract, all Goods furnished shall be packed in standard export packing in accordance with the contract number and name of the End User. Such packing must be sufficient to insure safe arrival at the destination, fully covering rough handling, salt spray, open storage, and exposure to salt atmosphere and any other overseas shipping hazard. The packages shall be numbered in sequence to designate the package number and total number of the packages being shipped.
②기본장비에 부착되지 않거나 분리하여 별도로 선적되는 모든 부품 및 예비 부분품은 조립도면상의 관련 기호 또는 부품번호를 지워지지 않는 잉크로 알아보기 쉽게 표기한 꼬리표, 부착물 또는 명찰 등을 통해 다음 각 목과 같이 정확히 식별되도록 해야 한다. 제품포장물의 크기에 의해 제한받지 않는 한 1인치 이상으로 표기하고. 포장물과 용기의 윗면과 2개 이상의 옆면에 표시하여야 한다.
②All parts and/or spare parts shipped unattached or separately from the basic equipment, must be legibly identified by tags, labels or inscriptions in indelible ink, strictly in accordance with the reference marks or parts numbers of the assembly drawings as follows. Characters shall be not less than one(l) inch high, unless restricted by the size of the packages. Packages and containers shall be marked on top and on at least two sides. 1. 나무, 합판 및 베니아단판으로 된 케이스나 통 등에는 방수용 잉크나 유성페인트를 사용하여 표시하여야 하며, 모든 표시에는 해상 운송중의 악천후에 견딜 수 있도록 투명 방수용 니스 칠을 해야 한다. 1. On wood, plywood, veneer, cases, barrels or kegs, all marks shall be applied by stencil with waterproof inks or oil paints, and these marks protected against weathering by clear water-resistant varnish. 2. 금속 또는 금속용기에는 방수 유성페인트를 사용하여 표시하여야 한다. 2. On metal or metal containers, marks shall be applied with water proof oil paints. 3. 금속 꼬리표가 사용될 경우 반드시 부식방지처리를 하여야 한다. 주석 또는 주석 도금된 꼬리표나 도금을 하지 않은 철제 꼬리표는 부식방지처리가 되지 않은 것으로 간주되므로 사용될 수 없다. 3. When metal tags are used, they must be rustproof. Tin or tin- coated tags and uncoated steel tags are not considered rustproof and must not be used. 4. 종이 꼬리표를 사용할 경우에는 묶음줄에 닿아서 없어지지 않아야 하고 최소한 찢어지지 않을 정도의 강도를 가져야 하며, 양쪽에 철끈 구멍이 있는 것으로 각각 묶여져야 한다. 꼬리표에 표시한 후 꼬리표를 니스로 칠해야 한다. 4. When paper tags are used, they must be free of rope-stock, possess a minimum tearing resistance, and be double eyelet type fastened at each eyelet. After marks have been applied to the tags, the tags shall be coated with clear varnish.
