Article 7(GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS)
①계약에 의하여 공급되는 모든 물품은 계약상 명시된 규격명세에 맞아야 하고, 중고가 아닌 신품으로써 표준생산품이어야 하고, 당초 목적에 모든 면에서 맞아야 하며, 자국 내에서 해당제작자가 통상 공급하는 물품과 동등하거나 그 이상의 성능을 가진 최신형이어야 한다.
①All Goods furnished under the contract shall be in compliance with the specifications stipulated in the contract, and shall be new and unused standard products, suitable in all respects for the services intended, manufacturer's most modern design, and equivalent or superior in all respects to products regularly supplied to the domestic trade by the manufacturer.
②공급되는 예비부속품은 원래의 부속품과 동일해야 한다. 계약상 규격이 적절하게 명시되어 있지 않은 부분품에 대하여는 선량한 상관례에 따라야 하고 정상제품이어야 하며, 원형에 맞고 결함이 없어야 한다.
②Spare parts furnished shall be identical to original parts. Points not adequately described by the contract specifications shall be in accordance with the best commercial practices, and shall be sound, true to patterns, and free from injurious defects.
③장비를 완성하는데 필요한 구성품은 계약규격에 명시 여부를 떠나서 계약금액 이상의 추가비용 없이 공급되어야 한다. 계약서에 별도로 명시한 것을 제외하고 조달청의 승인없이 초과공급을 한 경우에는 초과분에 대한 대금은 지급되지 않는다.
③All fittings necessary to complete the equipment shall be furnished by the Contracting Party at no additional charge beyond the price specified in the contract, whether or not mentioned in the contract specifications. Except when otherwise provided in the contract, no payment for extras shall be made unless such extras and price thereof have been authorized by PPS.
