Article 22(SHIPPING READINESS)
①공급자는 FOB 조건으로 계약을 체결한 경우, 계약번호, 선적항, 선적물품의 간략명세 및 송장금액 등을 포함한 선적준비 완료사항을 선적 20일전에 조달청으로 통보해야 한다.
①In the case of a contract made on FOB berth terms, shipping readiness shall be cabled or advised with facsimile or with any other formal letter by the supplier to PPS 20 days prior to loading the cargo, containing such information as contract number, loading port, brief description of Goods to be shipped and invoice amount of shipment.
②조달청은 배선을 하고 선박측의 선적준비완료 10일전에 선박준비사항을 공급자에게 통보한다.
②PPS will provide vessels, and give notice 10 days in advance of the vessel's readiness to load.
③공급자가 계약상의 인도기한내에 인도를 하지 못함으로써 선적항에서 발생하는 초과 정박 비용은 직접 부담하여야 한다.
③The supplier shall be accountable for demurrage incurred at the loading port due to the supplier's failure to make delivery during the contractual delivery period.
