Article 16(PACKING LIST)
①각 선적화물의 내용에 대해서는 각각 용기별로 정확한 중량과 최대 표면적(길이, 넓이와 높이)을 포장명세서에 항목별로 자세히 기재하여야 한다. 모든 포장용기의 크기와 중량이 동일하다면 1개의 용적과 중량만을 기재할 수 있다.
①Contents of each shipping package shall be itemized on a detailed list showing the exact weight, extreme outside dimensions (length, width and height) of each container. If all containers are uniform in size and weight, the dimensions and weight of only one may be shown.
②세부 포장명세서중 1부는 인도되는 각각의 포장물에 동봉해야 한다. 또한 한 개의 포장물에는 선적하는 각각의 포장물을 요약, 구분해 놓은 종합포장명세서 1부를 동봉해야 한다. 각각의 포장명세서에는 종합포장명세서가 들어있는 상자의 번호를 기재해야 한다.
②One copy of the detailed packing list shall be enclosed in each package delivered. There shall also be enclosed in one package a master packing list summarizing and identifying each individual package which is part of the shipment. The box number in which the master packing list is contained should be shown on each packing list.
③포장용기 속에 포장명세서를 동봉하기가 불가능한 통, 자루, 드럼 등의 경우에는 모든 관련 사항을 그 포장용기 외면에 각인(刻印) 하여야 하며, 이는 하나의 포장명세서가 된다.
③On barrels, bags, drums or kegs where it is not feasible to place the packing list inside the container, all pertinent information is to be stenciled on the outside and will thus constitute a packing list.
