Article 34(GOVERNING LAWS)
①이 계약일반조건에서 별도로 명시되어 있지 않은 계약사항은 대한민국의 법, 법령 및 규칙에 준거하여 이행되어야 한다.
①Unless otherwise specified in the Provisions, a contract shall be executed under the authority of laws, decrees and Governmental regulations of the Republic of Korea.
②본 계약의 성립, 기간, 내용 및 그 이행은 대한민국 법의 적용을 받는다.
②The formation, validity, construction, and the performance of this contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
