외자계약일반조건(General Provisions for Foreign Contract) 제3조 (문서의 사용어)

Article 3(LANGUAGE OF DOCUMENTS)　 이 계약일반조건에 의한 계약과 관련된 입찰서를 비롯, 운송서류, 선적통보, 표시, 도면, 물품취급 및 사용설명서, 입찰보증금, 계약보증금, 서신, 전보 등 모든 서류는 조달청이 별도로 허용하지 않는 한 한국어나 영어로 작성하여야 한다. 병행 사용하여 두 언어의 해석이 상충될때는 한국어가 우선한다. 다른 언어로 쓰여진 인쇄물은 동일한 내용의 한국어나 영어로 번역된 인쇄물을 함께 제출해야 하며 이 경우에는 한국어나 영어 번역물이 우선한다.　 All documents such as bids, transport documents, shipping advices, markings, drawings, instruction manuals, bid bonds, performance bonds, letters, telexes, facsimiles, etc., in connection with the contract under the GP shall be made in Korean and/or English unless otherwise authorized by PPS.　 In case where any conflict arises as to the interpretation of these two versions, the Korean version shall prevail.　 Other printed literature furnished by the Bidder may be written in another language provided that it is accompanied by a Korean and/or English translation of its pertinent passages, in which case, for the purposes of interpretation of the bid, the Korean and/or English translation shall govern.
