Article 35(INTERPRETATION AND TRADE TERMS)

①본 계약일반조건상의 어구와 계약서상 조건의 해석에 관하여 조달청과 계약상대자간에 이견이 있을 경우에는 조달청의 해석이 우선한다.

①In the event of any disagreement between PPS and the Contracting Party in the interpretation of the provisions of words used in the GP, and the terms and conditions of the contract, the interpretation by PPS shall govern.

②계약서상에 별도로 명시되지 않는 한, 무역용어는 INCOTERMS(입찰공고일 기준으로 가장 최근의 발행판)에 따라 사용된 것으로 간주된다.

②Unless otherwise specified expressly in the contract, it shall be assumed that trade terms are used in accordance with Incoterms (the most recent version as of the bidding announcement date).
