Article 19(PATENTS) 계약이행을 위하여 제조되었거나 사용된 특허 또는 비특허 발명품, 물품, 장비 또는 고안품으로 인하여 발생한 손실이나 비용 등에 대해 계약상대자가 일체의 책임을 져야 한다. The Contracting Party shall hold any liability of including loss or costs for or on account of any patented or unpatented inventions, Goods, devices, or appliances manufactured or used in performance of this contract, including their use or disposal by or for PPS.
