항공교통업무기준 제11조 (공역의 등급, Classification of Airspaces)
이 법령의 취지
이 기준은 「항공안전법」 제83조, 제84조에 따른 항공교통업무의 수행을 위한 안전기준을 정함을 목적으로 한다.
1. 공식 조문 원문
①항공교통업무에 따른 공역등급은 「항공안전법」시행규칙 제221조(공역의 구분ㆍ관리 등)를 적용한다.
②국토교통부장관이 인천 비행정보구역 내의 모든 공역에 대하여 지정한 공역등급과 각각의 공역등급 안에서의 비행요건은 별표 4와 같다.
