항공교통업무기준 제12조 (성능기반항행 운항, Performance-based navigation（PBN） operations)
이 법령의 취지
이 기준은 「항공안전법」 제83조, 제84조에 따른 항공교통업무의 수행을 위한 안전기준을 정함을 목적으로 한다.
1. 공식 조문 원문
①성능기반항행 운항을 위한 항행요건은 국토교통부장관이 정한 「성능기반항행(PBN) 운용지침(국토교통부 예규)」을 따른다.
②제1항에 따른 항행요건은 관련 공역에 제공되는 통신, 항행 및 항공교통업무의 수준에 부합하여야 한다.
③성능기반항행 이행에 대한 안전평가와 지속적 감시는 「국가항공안전프로그램」에 따라 시행되어야 한다.
